Francesco Lucchese collaborates with Venini

Francesco Lucchese was born in Messina in 1960 and graduated in Architecture from the Milan Polytechnic in 1985.

His first award came in June 1985 when he received first prize for the design of a folding chair called 'Traslazione' presented in the competition for Collective Spaces. Over the years, his creativity as a designer has increasingly focused on the communicative power of light and the expressive power of colours in all shades.

He is currently a professor at the Faculty of Design at the Milan Polytechnic as well as a speaker at numerous conferences and seminars in Italy and abroad.

The collaboration with Vetreria began in 1992 and is oriented towards the design of lamps and objects.
