Between the years 1975-76 Lausa De Santillana completed her classical studies and the School of Visul Arts in New York.
When this formative experience was completed, the Designer worked as a graphic designer at Vignelli Associati.
Her collaboration with Venini glassworks dates back to 1976, which allowed her to come into contact with numerous Italian and Starnieri artists until 1985. During this period, Paolo venini's granddaughter experimented with multiple Murano techniques to create works finished in unusual colors, among which the "mosaic glass" plates deserve special attention.
Her works have won many awards and prizes, as well as being featured in the world's most important museums.
