Sturdy perforated star shovel

Plane, model Stella,for baking pizzaè entirely constructed in 18/10 stainless steel, designed for baking, turning and turning.

The plate holes are designed with increasing diameter from the center outward to facilitate the discharge of flour residue; they also provide greater grip when rotating the pizza while baking.

Equipped with two removable and washable ABS handles, one of which slides and clutches to make work easier. In addition, the handle è has a shield to prevent burns, ensure stabilityà and safety.

The shovel è is designed to maximize the heat resistance of the pizza oven where this shovel operates for a long time, it also has a special surface processing that makes it very socrrevole and smooth.

The 16 cm version has the characteristic teardrop shape that increases even more the easeà of use when the oven è full and you have to work between pizzas.

This sturdy version, for an increase in weight of about 500 g total, makes it possible to move logs inside the oven without any problem.
