The pan has a wide bottom, two handles, low walls: è somewhere between a frying pan and a casserole.
It's usually used for preparations that do not require boiling, such as braises, stews, roasts or vegetables.
It can also be used for an excellent risotto.
The cylindrical shape of the body and that of the handles, which are perfectly perpendicular to it, mean that the pans in this line can be stacked one inside the other, thus saving precious space in the kitchen.
