Karen è synonymous with practicality: pots, saucepans and pans are stackable, for better use of space. The Karen lid canò be used as a trivet and canò be hooked onto the handle, soì it can be rested while in use. The special shape of the handle, then allows a Karen saucepan, pan or pot to be held with the use of one hand.

The casserole è intended for the preparation of foods that are cooked for a long time or are otherwise quite slow and need to be stirred. Cylindrical in shape and with two handles, casseroles are used both for cooking and as containers for bringing food to the table.

But bearing the name are the preparations that know how to get the most out of casseroles: we are therefore talking aboutstew dishes composed of small-piece foods bound by a thick sauce.

You can cook many dishes in a casserole: no one forbids you from ursing it to boil vegetables or short pasta, to cook a broth or soup, né to deep fry by taking advantage of its capacity and depth.
