The Kamado è an oven / barbecue built of ceramic with truly unique features!
The special ceramic composition of the body causes the heat generated by the coal to be accumulated and released slowly, allowing us to make countless preparations that would be impossible to do on any other cooking device. The perfect regulation of internal air flows allows us to have a very accurate conrrol of the temperature, allowing even low-temperature cooking (even 60-80° C) and very high temperature (up to 350° C).
