Star shovels for cooking/extruding are made of stainless steel with two anti-oil rubber handles: one fixed and one sliding. The sliding part allows with light hand pressure to have control of the shovel even with one hand and è can be attached to the fixed rear handle.
The handles are easily removable for cleaning.
The shovel è has been designed to maximize the heat resistance of the pizza oven where this shovel operates for a long time.
It also has a special surface processing that makes it very socrrevole and smooth.
The 16 cm version has the characteristic teardrop shape that increases even more the easeà of use when the oven è full and you have to work between pizzas.
The plate holes soo designed with increasing diameter from thec entro outward to facilitate the discharge of flour residue, they also ensure more grip when rotating the pizza while baking.
