Feston and Red Cadena

The precious decoration of this refined collection by Geminiano Cozzi 1765 is made with numerous lobed links in pure gold arranged in a continuous frieze to form a sort of spider's web, always embellished with wisteria leaves in red and gold.

The red Feston and Cadena represents one of the most valuable and also one of the most refined decorations used by Cozzi from the earliest days of the factory to embellish coffee or tea services for use by the Venetian bourgeoisie and the numerous coffee shops in Venice.
