The casserole è intended for the preparation of foods that are cooked for a long timeor at any rate fairly slowly and that need to be stirred. They usually have a cylindrical shape and two handles, but in the small variant it comes with only 1 handle ideal for small quantitiesà.
In casserole you can cook many dishes: no one forbids you to ursarla to boil vegetables or short pasta, to cook a broth or soup, né to fry by immersion taking advantage of capacity and depth;.
The cylindrical shape of the body and that of the handles, which are perfectly perpendicular to it, mean that the pans in this line can be stacked one inside the other, thus saving precious space in the kitchen.
