Stainless steel casserole made in Italy, Serafino Zani
Design Konstantin Grcic
The casserole is intended for the preparation of food that is cooked for a long time or at least fairly slowly and needs to be stirred. They are usually cylindrical in shape and have two handles, but the small variant has only one handle, ideal for small quantities.
You can cook many dishes in a casserole dish: no-one forbids you from using it to boil vegetables or short pasta, to cook a broth or soup, or to deep-fry by taking advantage of its capacity and depth.

With Al Dente, the genius of Kostantin Grcic focuses on the world of cooking, designing this series of stainless steel pots, casseroles, and saucepans with a very precise and striking design. The classic cylindrical shape of the pot finds a new characterization, thanks to the sloping profile of the handles and their great design solution of the lid housed in the body of the pot that closes securely.
Perfect for all cooktops: induction, gas, electric and glass-ceramic hotplates.
Al Dente repurposes the features of Serafino Zani's production revised from Grcic's point of view:
The product is generally shipped within 3-5 business days.
