All this in a jewel of compact dimensions:the’latest and è also the’mostù compact slicer of the’modern era in the Berkel flywheel family. In spite of a 265mm-diameter blade that is significantly larger than its category, the new Volano B2 has super-compact dimensions that make it easy to place in the kitchen.
The flywheel then protrudes below the feet by only 33mm, thus allowing the drawers below the worktop to be opened; the usual attention to detail of Berkel products in this case makes even more of a difference.
