The Smeg extractor produces a juice of the highest quality, rich in flavor and color thanks to a completely cold extraction, without the use of blades but through a slow and powerful rotation of the auger.

The SST slow squeezing system (43 rpm) respects the organoleptic properties of fruits and vegetables since it does not disperse their active ingredients. This type of estarction differs from that of other robots becauseè it does not cut, chop, blend or oxidize the ingredients.

CONTROL AND JUICE CAP
The lever allows you to choose the body of the juice while the remaining pulp comes out of the dedicated spout. In addition, the presence of the cap allows the juice to remain in the chamber instead of flowing immediately into the carafe. This allows ingredients of different types to be blended perfectly.

Thanks to two filters with holes of 2 different diameters and a lever, it is possible to adjust the body of the juice by letting through more or less pulp, while the residual pulp comes out of the dedicated spout.
